Preston House Cottage near Moreleigh is a beautiful 16th century manor house wing and a detached, Grade II listed, stone threshing barn, superbly converted, full of light, good quality fittings, most modern of kitchens. The barn has its own private enclosed sun terrace and garden. Preston House Cottage near Moreleigh is the Grade II listed wing of the owners fine 16th cent. manor house is a pretty cottage with private decked area (table/chairs, gas barbecue) to the side, and patio area (garden furniture) at the rear. Delightful inside, made comfy and smart in pale co-ordinated creams/soft colours, many original features/beams. Entrance hall; well-equipped kitchen/dining room (microwave) with door to patio; cosy living room with squishy sofas in cream, ancient fireplace (woodburner), TV/DVD; downstairs loo and utility area (dishwasher,washing machine, tumble drier, freezer). Upstairs (optional stairgate), two bedrooms including the master double (fine white linen, wood floor/rugs), and a twin. Bathroom (suite, shower over bath). A splendid cottage.Sleeps: 4
