Description of the holiday cottage

.Redwood is a new apartment for 2019 and is located in the centre of Croyde. A modern and open plan apartment over two floors that sits above the surf shop, near to Billy Buds and Blue Groove. Ideal for groups looking for a cost effective break in the centre of Croyde, Redwood is perfect if you are looking for a lively holiday in Croyde, one of the best surfing locations in the UK.

Redwood takes groups and families for up to 10 people, there are four bedrooms and the apartment has been completely refurbished. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, each with twin beds and sleep two each, note that access to one of these bedrooms is through the other and they are under the eaves with low ceiling height in the centre. The other two bedrooms are below and accessed from the main living spoace through a hallway. These bedrooms have a bunk bed and a further single bed.

The living space is roomy with sofas in the living space that face the new flat screen tv.  There is an open plan kitchen, all new with a dishwasher and electric oven plus all mod cons. The dining area is at the rear of the property and seats 10 people around the table. The property is accessed from the rear of the surf shop via steps, it is not suitable foir those with limited walking abilities. There is also a good sized west facing balcony area with outdoor furniture, ideal for an evening drink after a great days surfing.

Notes, there is allocated parking for two cars at the rear of the surf shop, access is tight though, this is Croyde. Damages deposit is £500, paid back within two weeks of the departure. We welcome groups, have fun, enjoy, the Thatch, Blue Groove and Billy Buds are within metres, this is a fun apartment, perfect for groups, all we ask is that you behave responsibly and leave the apartment undamaged and clean on departure.

Cottage Review:  

Smart apartment right in the centre of Croyde, near to Bue Groove, Billy Buds and The Thatch. Footpath at the back of Billy Buds takes you directly to the beach, really pretty walk and flat. Very spacious inside and modern, very clean as well and a nice large balcony area for evening drinks, Really good price as well compared to a lot of places in Croyde and the open plan living space is great for families sharing or groups.
