Willow cottage in Kingston is a recently renovated and high-quality four bedroom holiday cottage that sleeps eight people, superbly presented with a beautiful sun trap terrace to the rear of the property where you can sit back and relax. Willow cottage is around 270 years old and has been sympathetically renovated to retain a number of traditional features including oak beams and yet combines to offer quality holiday accommodation in the pretty village of Kingston, popular and yet and spoilt with a fantastic pub.

Willow cottage has two living areas you to relax in including a snug area with a flatscreen TV and superfast broadband, seating for six people in a variety of chairs and sofas. The second lounge is at the front of the cottage and also has a TV and a DVD player as well as a sofa that seats three people along with chair and beanbags, ideal for children and is designed as a games area. There is a large kitchen at Willow cottage in a country style and yet offering all modern appliances including a dishwasher, tumble dryer and washing machine as well as a superb double sized oven, ideal if you enjoy cooking. Enjoy presenting your food at the beautiful dining area with a table that seats eight people in a contemporary style.

There are four bedrooms at Willow cottage in Kingston in the South Hams including a master bedroom with a double bed that can be split into twin beds, a range of furniture including a built-in wardrobe and its own ensuite bathroom with a fantastic shower, WC and sink. There is an additional double bedroom that is also on the first floor, large enough to accommodate a travel cot and has a double bed that can be converted into a twin bed on request, large and spacious with exposed beams. The third bedroom on the first floor is a twin bedroom and there is initial bunk bedroom in an annex that is accessed via the kitchen, ideal for grandparents with its own ensuite shower room.

To the rear of the property, you will find a stunning sun terrace that is accessed from the kitchen and is with a barbecue as well as quality outdoor rat and style chairs and a table, in all this area seats up to 10 people with a barbecue for you to use.
