From 2018 onwards, you can also benefit from your phone beach hut on Broadsands beach, enjoy fun family days down the beach in the daytime and the hustle and bustle and contemporary nightlife of Brixham town in the evening. The Seadog in Brixham is a beautiful fisherman's cottage with fantastic views over the harbour and has been completely renovated throughout to provide a modern and contemporary style living accommodation with plenty of space and to superb views. The interior has been finished to a very high standard complete with Spanish leather sofas that allow you to sit down in front of the modern smart TV and there is an additional window seat with stunning views over the harbour area. Complete with high-speed Wi-Fi and Bluetooth sound system, the Seadog has several additional modern conveniences.

There is a modern, clean and bright kitchen at the Seadog cottage in Brixham, complete with a good size gas oven and gas hob, ideal for those that love to cook. All of modern conveniences that you would expect are here including a washer dryer and a fridge freezer as well as standard kitchen utensils. To the side of the kitchen is the dining area that seats six people around a beautiful glass dining table in black. The holiday property is also ideal children with a highchair provided.

There are three bedrooms at the Seadog, there are two bedrooms on the first floor the property including the master bedroom that has a gorgeous king-size wooden bed and is superbly decorated throughout with seaside colours and a range of quality furniture. There is an additional double bedroom that is also on the first floor and is similarly styled with a range of quality furniture including bedside table and lamps. The third bedroom is in the converted loft space and has two single beds, please note that as this bedroom is within loft space there is limited head height making it ideal for children. The family bathroom is on the first floor and has a bath with a shower over the bath, an additional and separate double shower, wash hand basin and WC. All of the living accommodation at the Seadog in Brixham is finished to a high standard, contemporary in design that is simple, high-quality and therefore a purpose.
