Description of the holiday cottage
The Roost is a romantic single bedroom holiday cottage in Dawlish that sleeps 2 people. The Roost is situated on the outskirts of Dawlish, just off the A379 and along a private drive leading to a small, family-run campsite, one of two little cottages in the extensive grounds (chickens, ducks) of the owners house. Each cottage has its own private, enclosed garden (table/chairs). Peaceful surroundings within easy reach of Dawlish and the coast. The Roost in Dalwish is a semi-detached cottage with double glazed doors from patio into open-plan living/dining/kitchen with stripped floorboards and roof timbers, smart fitted kitchen area (microwave) and TV/DVD. Shower-room (suite). Stairs up to a large galleried double bedroom with pine furniture and Velux windows. No children over 2.Sleeps: 2
