This lovely farmhouse located in Kentisbury, a small village on the outskirts of combe martin. This is the perfect holiday home for those looking to escape to the countryside. South Patchole is located on a working Farm and has over 100 acres that is available for guests to roam. This is the perfect holiday home for families or friends. South Patchole is set over two levels, with the kitchen and living room on the ground floor and bedrooms on the first floor. This semi-detached farmhouse can accommodate up to 9 people in 4 bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are doubles, there is one bunk room and one room with three single beds. Upstairs is also where the Family bathroom, separate shower and water closet can be found. South Patchole is in a rural location but is just a short drive to some of North Devon's fabulous beaches, including the award winning woolacombe beach, Exmoor National Park and family attractions such as The Big Sheep and Milkyway.Best Features
South Patchole has its own private garden and more than 100 acres for guests to explore.
This semi- detach farmhouse accommodated up to 9 people and is a pet free holiday home located on a working farm.
