Saunton Down is a stylish duplex apartment in an enviable position above Saunton Sands Beach, offering superb views across Braunton Burrows and out to sea.Internally, the property is split across two floors and is furnished to a high standard throughout. Externally, the property benefits from a lawned garden, complete with patio furniture ideal for relaxing and admiring the views.A short walk from the property is Saunton Sands Beach, a three and a half mile stretch of golden sand that is popular with families and is renowned for excellent surfing conditions and water sports. Beyond the beach is Braunton Burrows, a spectacular expanse of sand dunes that is the core of the North Devon Biosphere Reserve and offers an abundance of flora and fauna to explore.The South West Coast Path with 36 miles of beautiful coastline is within easy reach, encompassing Croyde and Woolacombe which are home to world class surfing beaches. For the keen golf player, Saunton Sands golf club offers 36 holes of championship links with truly breathtaking sea views. The Tarka Trail is nearby offering a series of footpaths and cycle paths through idyllic unspoilt Devon countryside.
