Description of the holiday cottage

Rose Cottage is set on the corner of Stoneleigh village and is a three bedroom holiday cottage that sleeps six people, ideal families with young children as cots and high chairs are provided. Set on the edge of the Stoneleigh village complex, rose cottage is quiet, surrounded by lawned areas and is ideal for families with young children. The location is ideal if you love the East Devon countryside with Sidmouth and Lyme Regis a short walk away. There are a range of beaches in the area and Sidmouth is a beautiful Victorian town where you can step back and enjoy a little piece of history in one of the most sought-after locations in East Devon.

Rose Cottage is open plan design with a living area that features two leather sofas and a TV with free view, to the side of the living room on the patio doors that open out onto the patio area, light and airy and breezy perfect for families with young children. There is a modern kitchen that is fully fitted and includes oven with a ceramic hob as well as a dishwasher and all of the standard appliances and utensils, the dining area has seating for six at the wooden dining table.

There are three bedrooms at Rose cottage in Stoneleigh village including a master bedroom at has its own ensuite shower room and an additional two bedrooms , both of these are twin beds and a fully furnished. There is a family bathroom with a bath and a separate shower cubicle WC and wash hand basin. Outside, you will find plenty of space to roam around and enjoy, the kids can let off steam and run around as a is plenty of open space surrounding the cottage.
