Parsonage Farm Cottage is a pretty 2 bedroom 4 person holiday cottage in Newton Ferrers set within a large and spacious grounds in an enviable location, great for a family of four. Parsonage Farm Cottage is tucked away at the end of a private drive on the edge of Newton Ferrers, 800 yards from the shops/pub and picturesque creek, two attractive, Grade II listed cottages converted from barns on a 16th century farmstead, once home to the Bishop of Exeter.

Parsonage Farm Cottage is smart and welcoming with a clever combination of original features, high apex beams, wood floors (rugs) and modern comforts, each with own small garden, beautifully planted for privacy by owners who live in the farmhouse next door (no farming now). Across the gravelled entrance drive, shared acre of grassy meadow (mown paths) and children's play area (swings, slide).

Parsonage Farm Cottage  is a neat, detached cottage on two levels, said to have been the Bishop's sleeping chamber for the farmhouse behind.
