Orchard Cottage is a 3 bedroom rural holiday cottage near Honiton in South Devon with easy access to the coast and beaches at Sidmouth and a short drive into Exeter with fantastic shopping and lots of things to do and places to visit. Orchard Cottage is a modern holiday cottage with 2 double bedrooms and one twin bedroom that sleeps 6 people, it is dog and pet friendly so you can bring your dog on holiday with you. Orchard Cottage near Honiton is modern and contemporary inside with plenty of space and tastefully furnished throughout, there is a wall mounted flat screen tv in the lounge with sofas and sofa chairs, plenty of space to relax after a day at the beach. there is a large kitchen and dining area with a round table that seats six people, great for a glass of wine or a family meal. All of the facilities and utensils required are found including an electric oven and hob and dishwasher with lots of cupboard space for food! Upstairs at Orchard Cottage, there are three smart bedrooms, again they are all modern and well presented. There are two double bedrooms including one with an ensuite shower room and an additional twin bedroom. On the first floor, there is also a family bathroom with a bath that has a a shower over, wash hand basin and wc. Outside, there are two gardens including a front and rear with table and chairs for you to relax in. There is also a communal games room with table tennis and a pilates machine. This cottage also benefits from Wifi and is fully centrally heated. A great holiday home if you are looking for a self catering cottage in the Honiton area, easy access to the beaches of East Devon, lots of places to visit including National Trust properties and with Exeter just a short drive away. 2 miles from Honiton, deep in wooded lanes, a splendid, early Victorian hay barn on a smallholding, converted with considerable thought and attention to detail into two smart, contemporary cottages across pretty gardens from the farmhouse. To the front, neat lawned gardens; at the back, a pretty, flower-filled courtyard (table/chairs) with games room (table tennis, Pilates machine). Fields for energetic ball games and dog-exercising. For both, access is down 5 steps at the front, or via a longer but level route at the back (doorstep). Spring water. Local caterers can be recommended. Immaculate cottages, only 5 minutes drive from the A30 and a nice country walk to a pub.
