Description of the holiday cottage
' about a mile from Ugborough, along a private drive, a charming former farmhouse and a detached cottage, sharing an indoor heated swimming pool (16'4' x 39'4' x 5'6' to 3'6' deep) with shower, changing room and large sliding doors to suntrap patio. The house and cottage each has its own private lawned garden (table/chairs) looking over fields. Stylish accommodation in the heart of the South Hams. The Farmhouse has lots of original features. Hall with flagstone floor. Large living room with beams, wood floor, inglenook fireplace (woodburner), TV/DVD and leather sofas. Large open-plan fitted kitchen/dining room (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oil-fired Aga, halogen hob/electric oven) with door to garden. Utility room (washing machine, tumble drier, sink). Loo. Stairs up to four bedrooms ' a double (6' zip-linked bed or twin) with en suite bathroom (suite with separate shower), another double with en suite shower-room (suite), and two singles. Bathroom (suite, shower over bath).Sleeps: 6
