Grove Cottage near Honiton is a rural holiday cottage that sleeps 2 people in the rural countryside of East Devon, a great holiday cottage for 2 people if you are looking for peace and quiet with your dog. Grove Cottage is about 2 miles from Honiton, deep in wooded lanes, a splendid, early Victorian hay barn on a smallholding, converted with considerable thought and attention to detail into two smart, contemporary cottages across pretty gardens from the farmhouse. To the front of Grove Cottage near Honiton, neat lawned gardens; at the back, a pretty, flower-filled courtyard (table/chairs) with games room including table tennis and a Pilates machine. Fields for energetic ball games and dog-exercising, great if you want a dog friendly holiday cottage near Honiton. For both, access is down 5 steps at the front, or via a longer but level route at the back (doorstep). Spring water. Local caterers can be recommended. Immaculate cottages, only 5 minutes drive from the A30 and three quarters of a mile down a leafy lane to a pub. Grove Cottage from the garden has a door to open-plan living/dining/kitchen with slimline dishwasher, washer-drier, microwave, fridge-freezer, with sofa bed, woodburner and TV/DVD. Stairs up to a double bedroom with plenty of room for a cot; bathroom (suite with separate shower).Sleeps: 3
