Description of the holiday cottage
Courtenay Cottage is a traditional Devon family home set in the heart of Salcombe. This large house has recently been refurbished throughout and provides a perfect base for exploring Salcombe and the South West.
Internally, the property is split over three levels and benefits from an open plan kitchen, living and dining area. The master bedroom is located on the third floor with fantastic views of the Salcombe Estuary and beyond. Externally, the raised decked area provides a private and peaceful space with fantastic views of Salcombe and the estuary which is furnished with a patio table, chairs and barbeque.
Salcombe offers some of the most beautiful beaches, walks, golf and watersport locations in the country, yet with the real charm of a Devon seaside town. Salcombe Harbour provides a natural safe haven for nature with its crystal clear water, golden sand and tree lined coves.
Due to Salcombe’s extensive waterfront, it is becoming one of the most popular places for pleasure sailing and yachting in the UK. Surrounded by picturesque villages, secluded beaches and situated on the coastal path, Salcombe is an ideal base to explore the coast and country.
