Description of the holiday cottage

Exeter self catering holiday apartment in the city centre, in a completely renovated Victorian building, within a conservation area. The attractive and spacious accommodation includes an open plan kitchen/dining/living room, 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The apartment is available all year round for rental on a self-catering accommodation basis (vacation rental) and normally sleeps 4 people. The main double bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a super king size double, or two full size single beds, and has a full bathroom.

Clifton Hill is a spacious ground floor apartment which is part of a development that has been sympathetically and restored to a high standard, set in the centre of Exeter, near Belmont Park, Clifton Hill Sports Centre, the golf driving range, and within walking distance of all amenities. The apartment has gas central heating throughout.

This modern and beautifully presented apartment is in an excellent location in central Exeter and has all of the facilities required in self catering accommodation. Thank you - we will definitely stay again!

The ground floor apartment is situated in a quiet residential area about a 12 min walk from the city centre. The apartment is furnished and equipped to a very high standard, eg dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, modern wide screen tv, Wifi. It is spacious and airy. 3 sets of French windows open onto a quiet street. . There is a secure car park at the back. A large Waitrose supermarket is 10 mins away on foot. The block in which the apartment is situated is very quiet, we hardly saw or heard any neighbours during our stay.

All in all a great place to stay as a base for a Devon Holiday, and Exeter is a nice city.
