Brook cottage in Paignton is a pretty little romantic cottage that sleeps two people in the countryside on the outskirts of Paignton in South Devon. Brook cottage is ideal for a couple looking for a peaceful holiday home and yet with in easy distance of a range of locations in Torbay including Paignton, Brixham and Torquay. If you are looking for a holiday cottage that is ideally located for the great nightlife of the Torbay area and it is in a rural setting, Brook cottage is ideal. Brooke cottage is a one bedroom holiday cottage near Paignton that has an open plan living area including patio doors that lead out onto sun terrace and then owned area with views over the surrounding countryside. There is a three seater sofa and a flatscreen TV with free view. The new and modern kitchen has a built in electric oven and a gas hob as well as a fridge with a freezer compartment, all additional utilities and utensils are included. Brooke cottage has one master double bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers and there is a good sized bathroom with a bath and shower over the bath as well as WC and wash hand basin. This property is not suitable for families with young children and is accessed via 12 steps with access to a garden area at the front property.
