Lee Bay is not on any of the main roads and is therefore quiet even in the summer months with a great beach that is sandy at low tide and probably the best rock pooling beach in North Devon. Lee Bay is a gorgeous little village set in a valley with an abundance of wildlife and flowers, great if you are looking for a family holiday home in a very pretty location. Black Pit Cottage is tastefully decorated through out with a clean and open plan as well as a large patio area. The kitchen has electric oven and hob as well as microwave dishwasher and fridge freezer as well as all standard conveniences and a washer dryer in the cloakroom. There is a large table with seating for six within the kitchen area that also acts as an open plan dining room. The lounge is also open plan with double doors out to the patio featuring two large three seater safer is and a large modern wall mounted flatscreen TV as well as a feature wood burner for the winter months. Black Pit Cottage has 2 bedrooms including one master bedroom with king-size bed and a second bedroom with two single beds which can be linked together to make a super king-size bed. There is a family bathroom that is also an ensuite to the master bedroom with a shower wash basin and towel rail and the second bedroom also has an ensuite with a bath and a shower over the bath. There is a rear patio to the property with table and seating for 4 people with a built-in barbecue as well as a front patio with two chairs.
