Description of the holiday cottage

Avocet 1, The Cove is a beautiful holiday apartment located in Brixham in Devon. This wonderful luxury holiday apartment has everything you will need to ensure you will get an amazing holiday no matter what. During the day you can explore the South West Coastal Path, you can see some of Devon’s finest natural habitats or alternatively, go and visit Brixham harbour and see a working fishing port in action. Inside of Avocet 1, The Cove there are 2 luxury bedrooms, one family bathroom and a bright kitchen/dinning room with access to the patio area with fantastic views. In the kitchen/living area there is everything you will need to ensure that all of your needs are met. There is a sofa, armchair, coffee table, TV cabinet and TV with freeveiw and Bluetooth speaker system. Next is the kitchen which has electric oven with and internal grill, electric hob, and microwave. There is also a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, toaster, cafetiere and kettle, all for your convenience. Leading on there is the dining area. Here, there is a beautiful dining table able to seat 4. In the sleeping area of Avocet 1, The Cove there are two bedrooms. The fist bedroom is a master bedroom which consists of a double bed with underneath storage, built in wardrobe with mirrors, two bedside tables, with a lamp each and a TV with Freeview. In the second bedroom, there are twin beds, bedside table with a lamp each, a mirror and a built in wardrobe. Leading on from this, there is the family bathroom. In here you will find a bath with a shower over, mirror, and also a hair dryer. Outside, there is all you will need to relax in the warm summer evenings. There is a large patio which can be accessed from a number of places in the apartment, patio furniture and a BBQ. There is also a communal outdoor swimming pool which is open 9 am until 7pm from may until September. There is parking for one car which is on site and very close to the property.
