4 Richmond House is situated in the characterful seaside town of Dawlish, ideally positioned close to the beach and town centre.Internally the property is well equipped and is furnished to a high standard throughout. The open plan living/kitchen/dining area benefits from three full length windows which offer a light and airy living space.Dawlish is a charming coastal town situated on the beautiful south coast of Devon. The town is heavily influenced by the Georgian and Victorian periods and there is a delightful park with a brook running through the centre of town. Here you will find rare black swans and other wildlife.The town’s railway station is nearby, offering good public transport links, and the iconic seafront line makes Dawlish a popular choice for train spotters and photographers hoping to catch a glimpse of the waves crashing over the exposed coastal route. The sandy beach at Dawlish is set beside this historic railway, whilst the Blue Flag Beach at Dawlish Warren is only a couple of miles away.
