| Cottage Review:
Have stayed at many cottages in the lake district with various companies but this was my first and last with Heart of the lakes. The cottage was advertised as 4th plus as judged by there own reps, however this was so far from the truth it was embarrassing even after taking timed stamped photos of damage mind after arriving the manager of the company implied that it was ok when last inspected and that we must have been mistaken..We were discussed by his implication and after replying to his email to tell him what we thought an send photos, he ignoerd |
