Cottage Review:

We arrived exhausted from a long journey. Betty met us, showed us around, lit the fire and made us feel at home.

The property and garden/yard were spotlessly clean. Everything is in working order and well maintained.

The scenery was stunning. Beautiful walks in the mountains. An ideal location as a base for exploring Ireland. Our Jack Russel loved it.

Local villages: Ballyorgan and Ardpatrick. Local towns: Kilmallock, Mallow, Charleville, Kildorrery, Limerick. Places to go: Cashel, Cork, Ballyhoura mountain walks and bike trails. Ballyhoura

Cottage Review:

We were welcomed by a lovely neighbour to the property who took us round the cottage and clearly explained everything and that, if we needed anything at all, she was just a short walk or phone call away. The welcome pack was a very nice and unexpected touch.

The charming 300 year old cottage, which was very well-equipped with all the modern amenities, was clean and very homely, still containing personal items of the lady that had once lived for most of her life. The owner also paid a pleasant courtesy call to see that we had everything we needed.

Just 5 m
