Springwell boasts exceptional views over The Calf of Eday and the sunsets are a must see. You are ideally placed for long walks, bird watching and wildlife and of course the Sanday beaches are stunning.Best Features
The cottage provides warm, comfortable accommodation for up to 4 people. The property is centrally heated throughout. Springwell consists of a double bedroom, twin room, toilet with shower, fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, ceramic hob. The lounge has comfortable furniture to relax on after a long day of exploration and an oak dining table to enjoy some of Sandays locally bought food, available from the island shops. The cottage is an ideal way of ending your day on Sanday and reflecting on the sights of the island.
The island has a swimming pool and Community Centre, adjoining the school, and a nine-hole golf course. Sanday is well supplied with places to eat. Hotels supply restaurant evening and lunch meals, takeaway and of course fish and chips. Guided walks are regularly scheduled from May to August and are an excellent way of taking in the heritage of the island.
