| Cottage Review:
We booked to stay here from 28th December, the owner kindly contacted us to tell us we could not use the open fire for safety reasons so we cancelled as this was a feature we really wanted. Despite the owner requesting Sykes cottages to change the description, they have not done so. It gets good reviews and I'm sure it's lovely, but Sykes cottages are misleading people. |

| Cottage Review:
A wonderfully located clean and comfortable property with stunning views of the sunrise due to the slightly elevated position of the house. I even bought an identical mattress when we got home as I slept really well and felt totally rested toward the end of our stay. So close to shops and cafes and a superb pub at the end of the street (captain williams). Everyone seemed very friendly in Withernsea but we were close enough to spurn head, Hull, Hornsea, Bempton cliffs etc to strike out each day.
