Cottage Review:

A spacious rustic house in Thornton hough village. We love the old English villages. Just a pub a church and a post office surrounded by countryside. The owners make a special effort it felt so welcoming and clean. It is old and dated but still charming and homely.we loved it. Everyone wants a flaw so here it is. We spent a week with kids so a washing machine and iron would have been a plus. There was an ironing board... Also no pressure in the shower. Didn't spoil our stay though. Thank you to the lovely owners.

Cottage Review:

Large semi detached Victorian house with garden, easy parking outside. The village is very pretty with nearby pub and village green. Nearby train takes you into Liverpool in 20 minutes. Lots to see coast and inland. No information pack ie where supermarkets and doctors might be. Newly painted inside.

Cottage Review:

Beautiful cottage in the village Thornton hough. 20-25 minute drive and your in Liverpool city centre. Beautiful pub walking distance to the property and play park. Church opposite where bells ring on the hour but you get use to and become to like. Would definitely recommend staying here
