Nothing disappointed us, we liked the convenient location within walking distance of restaurants and shops and the easy access to The Lakes. The appointment of the apartment meant it felt very private and so quiet.

My husband and I had a wonderful break in this gorgeous apartment. It was very comfortable, spotlessly clean and had everything you could possibly wish for.

Sitting in very comfy chairs on the spacious balcony in the sunshine, sheltered from the breeze, overlooking the Kent river was lovely.

I must mention the bed in the master bedroom - we have never felt such a comfortable bed in any holiday home or hotel we have visited! It was total bliss. I didn't want to leave it !!!!

Communication with the owner was excellent. Paul went out of his way to help and even sent me information I requested after returning home! I really appreciated that. This is definitely an apartment that we would return to!

This flat is in a very convenient location with secure parking.The accommodation is excellent and overlooks the river.There are some lovely restaurants within easy walking distance. The owners are very friendly but unobtrusive. Would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful week in Kendal at the Riverside Apartment. Paul's personal welcome was most appreciated as was the underground parking facility. The apartment is beautifully decorated and situated within walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, and shops. Because Kendal is located between the Lake District and the Yorkshire Dales we were able to take many day trips. At the end of each trip, we looked forward to enjoying the peaceful views of the River Kent and the castle on the hill from the apartment. The balcony is a special treat. We enjoyed it several times and on our last evening there, we enjoyed a spectacular sunset! Fantastic service from start to finish, an immaculate first class apartment with great style that excessed our expectations, fully equipped with everything you could think of and more with the added bonus of a balcony with fantastic views over the river. Secure parking provided but within a few minutes walk of the city centre and just a short drive to Lake Windermere, would highly recommend this appartment to family and friends and hope to return in the future.

This was our second visit to this exceptional apartment. It is very well positioned on the River Kent with lovely views of the river and bridges,and yet only a short walk to all the amenities of Kendal. It is a new apartment and is immaculately presented in every way. I don't think you could fail to be impressed!
