Description of the holiday cottage

This light and spacious first floor flat has been converted from a Victorian villa, in a well located leafy street north of the Meadows, a few minutes walk from The Grass Market and the many theatres, restaurants and cafes in the area.

The flat accommodates up to 6 people, with two doubles bedrooms and one single, with an extra bed in one of the doubles. There is a comfortable sitting room, and kitchen with refectory table. There is main bathroom with additional en suite shower room off one of the double bedrooms.

I use the flat some weekends (for family commitments) but can be flexible to provide availability for your requirements.

Cottage Review:  

Great location, very close to Old Town, Castle, Royal Mile, but a very quiet street at the same time. The apartment is spacious, it has a large kitchen/dining area, 2 baths, 4 rooms. It was very clean and supplied with everything you need to feel yourself comfortable. The owner is super-flexible and kind. Highly recommended, we had a wonderful time.

Cottage Review:  

Lovely accommodation. Fantastic location – a 10/15 minute walk from the castle but in a quiet area. The flat is very spacious and airy with lots of character and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The flat does contain many of the owner’s possessions which create a home from home feel. There are 2 Sainsbury Locals a 5 minute walk away and the airport bus stops at the top of the road. Due to the amount of stairs it may not be suitable for those less mobile. The owner was very friendly and helpful, via email, and we would definitely stay here again.
