Edinburgh city centre and Princes Street shops are 20 minutes walk or a short bus ride away. The city is well served by public transport.
The apartment is very bright and warm. It consists of a lounge, dining room, bathroom and a luxury fitted kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms - 2 double (1 with en-suite shower), and 1 twin bedroom.
A car parking space is reserved near the front door of the flat. (Bay No. 11).
There a many shops including a Sainsbury store nearby. There are also pubs and restaurants within walking distance.
