| Cottage Review:
Lovely area and location. Pity the accommodation and support wasn't as good. It was a cold period when we stayed, we had problems with lack of heating and hot water which took 3 days to sort out. Owner was away on holiday and didn't have immediate help available, when we needed it. He had a contemptuous and aggressive attitude. when speaking to us. The TV was difficult to operate, the gas fire didn't work and there were no instructions for the washing machine. Spoiled what was otherwise a nice break in Whitley Bay. |
