Stayed here for a week with friends and children. House is spacious, well equipped and homely. We had unseasonably cold weather on the day we arrived but the lounge has a log burning fire which was very easy to use, so we enjoyed a very cosy evening.

The quality of the decor, furniture, fixtures and fittings is high throughout the house. The garden is attractive and more than big enough for children to play in.

Ghislaine and Michael were excellent hosts and very helpful. From the door we were able to walk straight up the hill behind the house to a nearby T

If you like the country - walks, views, beautiful villages, tempting local shops, and appreciate someone having gone to a lot of trouble to 'think through' your needs while on holiday, this is the cottage-cum-house for you. Our family of 5 (+ 2 dogs) loved our week here. I'm almost tempted not to write this review in case i have to battle others when I book to go back!
