| Cottage Review:
We had a great long weekend at Waterside. The house is ideal for a family get-together or celebration. Mandy was great in making sure everything went perfectly and the fresh bread from her local bakery went down a treat. The house is in a great village location, close enough to the main roads to get about easily yet secluded enough to enjoy the peace and quiet of the surrounding countryside. The gardens were beautifully kept and the hot tub was a great bonus even in November. (Would recommend packing flip flops to run between house and hot tub). The house wa |

Great location situated in the country but close to beaches, Exeter & family attractions. This is a superb lodge with everything you need to relax with a luxurious hot tub along with a large garden and river flowing at the bottom of the the garden. Well thought out layout with all mod cons to make your break super...tasteful decor and scrumptious furnishings. Wood burner to cosy up to during the winter months and an extra kitchen and seating area for added comfort and flexibility. Owner very welcoming and helpful. |

| Cottage Review:
Brilliant size for a large family! Having two kitchens made things very handy and the quality of the home was to a high grade. We were well looked after and the hot tub was brilliant. Being able to have the dog with us meant everyone could enjot things and the local pub also accepted dogs so we he could join in. Wifi also had a great reception although we didn't use it much. |
