Description of the self catering property

The Yellow House is a two bedroom holiday cottage in Stow of Wedale near to Galashiels and St Boswells in the Scottish Borders that sleeps four people and is pet friendly. The Yellow House is a quirky and quaint stone built cottage in a traditional Scottish Borders style situated in a gorgeous little village surrounded by the beautiful landscape of the Scottish Borders, ideal for those looking for walking holidays and exploring the beautiful countryside nearby. The Yellow House is a pretty stone built terrace cottage that is set over three floors and has two bedrooms including a super king-size double bedroom on the first floor and an additional double bedroom on the second floor. The family bathroom is on the first floor and has a bath and a separate shower as well as a WC and wash hand basin.

Both the kitchen with the dining area and the sitting-room are on the ground floor is where you will find an electric double oven and hob in the well-equipped kitchen that also has a washing machine and a fridge and freezer. The sitting room is cosy with a wood burner in an inglenook fireplace and leather sofas with with plenty of books to read. The Yellow House has been recently refurbished throughout with a fully fitted kitchen and modern dining area with padded seats around a roundtable and wooden flooring in the hallway and co-opting on the stairs and in the bedrooms.
