Seascape offers guests the rare treat of completely uninterrupted views across Woolacombe Bay to Lundy Island. Whilst the house enjoys a peaceful setting above Woolacombe, there is a footpath from the house that takes you down to the centre of Woolacombe in 10 minutes. The house has 5 spacious bedrooms, 3 en-suite. The master-bedroom has a huge king-size bed and a large double-head shower with half-screen vanity door which allows you to shower whilst enjoying the amazing view out the window across the bay to Lundy. There are two other bedrooms upstairs a double/twin room with chest-of-draws and great sea views and the other has an old iron bed with en-suite bathroom and of course great sea views. There is a very large family bathroom with a double bath and double walk-in shower with two huge shower heads for an invigorating shower. Downstairs is open plan with the lounge, dining room and kitchen all face the sea and have wonderful uninterrupted views of the sea. The kitchen has everything you need for large family cooking, even an Nespresso coffee machine and double fridge-freezer. To the left of the kitchen is the dining area with a glass dining table and 10 chairs. This area opens onto the garden via sliding-doors.Then to the left of the dining area is the cosy lounge with two large leather sofas and bean-bags for comfy relaxing at any time. As you come in the door there are two other bedrooms, a large double and an en-suite bunk room. Outside is a large sloping garden laid to grass with a BBQ, brand new deck and hot shower, ideal for washing the sand of feet and boards after a day on the beach. The house is perfect for a family holiday by the beach or a an adventure packed getaway with friends. North Devon offers something for everyone from surfing at Woolacombe to rambling on Exmoor or just relaxing in the garden reading a book.
