Orchard Cottage, in the village of Brayford, offers peaceful holiday accommodation on the East wing of a large former farmhouse in one of the most scenic parts of the country. Located on the edge of Exmoor National Park, this area of Devon makes an ideal base both for a relaxing countryside retreat as well as for those looking to get out for some rural adventure. Keen walkers, cyclists, photographers, and artists alike will find no shortage of nearby beaches, woodlands, moorland, and quiet rural towns to explore.

• 3 first floor bedrooms ((one double, one single, and one twin, all with views out over the hills of Exmoor)

• Split-level living room with large dining table and television/DVD player

• Ground floor kitchen well equipped with electric cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave, and washing machine, plus toaster, kettle, cookware, variety of kitchen utensils, cutlery, crockery, and glasses

• First floor bathroom with bath, hand basin, and toilet

• Bed linen, duvets, blankets provided. Towels provided upon request for supplementary fee of £3 per person (one bath towel and one hand towel)

• Wifi available

• Adjustable oil fired central heating throughout. Please note, heating and electricity costs not included in accommodation price

• Up to two dogs welcome (supplement of £10 per dog)

• Check-in from 3pm, check-out by 10am
