... in the very heart of Newton Ferrers, overlooking the granite cross and village pub, a terraced, former fisherman's cottage, probably 200 years old. Inside, comfortably restored. From the villagesquare', stable doors into book-lined living room with simple yet good cottage furnishings and original beams; 3 tiled steps up to pine fitted kitchen (dishwasher, washer-drier, microwave) with natural tiled floor and foldaway dining table. Stairs up to good-sized double bedroom with lots of light and views across the square to the estuary, washbasin, small TV. From landing, 3 more steps up to small bunk room (Velux windows); bathroom (suite plus bath-shower). Phone. A comfortable and convenient, centrally-situated cottage.Sleeps: from 0 to 4

| Cottage Review: We always pick Frog-i-More for our visits to Newton Ferrers. The location in the village is brilliant and the setting is so tranquil. We love this location and cottage (we've started to call it ours!) and we will, hopefully, be returning for many years to come. Sandy is so helpful and goes out of her way to accommodate any needs you may have. Never want to come home. Perfect!!! | |||||

| Cottage Review: Relations were staying in a detached property in Noss Mayo at the same time. Their well equipped property consisted of three bedrooms, large lounge, large double aspect kitchen, two toilets, onsite private parking with garage, patio, balcony and large garden. Large picture windows gave an excellent view of the creek. Price difference between the two properties was in the region of ?4! | |||||

| Cottage Review: Helpful Holidays is an excellent service. Their website is very user friendly and I have found the staff to be really helpfull. They even send you a text to wish you a happy holiday unlike a lot of sites that merely take your money and thats it. If you have any query then the staff are really courteous and very helpful. . In fact I think the name should be changed to REALLY HELPFUL HOLIDAY. . Highly recommended. | |||||
