| Cottage Review:
Our family has just stayed at Ettrick View for 3 nights (October 21-24) and have had a great time. The cottage was quite cold on arrival but soon warmed up. There were 14 of us varying in age from 73 years down to 4 years and there was plenty of space for us all - the football table and pool table were big successes with our grandchildren and some of their parents. The kitchen was really well equipped and the living spaces were clean and very comfortable. Nic was a welcoming host and I would really recommend Ettrick View for a get away from it all stay. |

| Cottage Review:
The location is very remote and quiet. Ideal for getting away from it all. The nearby river with tributary stream was just what the kids wanted. Only three minute walk. The bedrooms were spot on. Lovely conversion of the loft area. The lounge offered delightful views down the valley with wide windows. The kitchen and dining room gave a choice of eating areas: kitchen for quick meals and the dining room for an evening dinner. The porch, utility room and courtyard added to the facilities gving all that we needed. The owner Nic could not have been more |

| Cottage Review:
Perfect setting with easy access to hill walking & local towns which have retained much of their true character. Spacious accommodation. Very cosy. Warm & welcoming owners who were most helpful on our arrival. Large Christmas tree & naughty elf were a pleasant surprise. |

Location amazing! Big enough for our extended family. Large lounge with pool table and table tennis table. River at the bottom of garden. 7 bedrooms. Lovely kitchen. |
