Description of the holiday cottage
Bell Cottage in Dartmouth is set on the River Dart with fantastic views over the river. A character cottage that sleeps 4 people with 2 bedrooms, Bell Cottage is well furnished and in an enviable location. Take time out to sit on the patio and enjoy those uninterrupted views and watch boats pass by. Open plan style dining area and kitchen, even if its raining, you still get a great seat to watch the river. The sitting room is just as impressive with two large sofas and a flat screen tv and windows that allow you to relax and watch the world go by. A great cottage in an enviable location in Dartmouth.Best Features

| Cottage Review:
Disappointing. Mould on the walls, window frames and window ledges. One window had a one inch gap between frame and glass that was stuffed with tissue. No drying facilities as advertised. Porch door does not lock.Property not as described and certainly not luxury. I have photos as proof. |

| Cottage Review:
This is a lovely cottage suitable for adults or parents with teenagers, it is not suitable for younger children. The cottage is well equipped for self catering with good quality utensils etc. Our only negative comments are that the description of the house didn't mention the twenty eight steps down to the twin bedroom. The house is set over four floors. Also the house is described as being a flat walk to the shops but it is actually on quite an incline. |
