| Cottage Review:
We stayed here for the weekend, lodges were a bit tired and in need of updating. However lovely and spacious and well equipped. Hot tub fab.. fun for all ages. Good value for money and we will return. George and his wife do a fab job! |

| Cottage Review:
We couldn't not recommend this lodge more highly! The location is beautiful, tranquil and surrounded by wildlife - we spent lots of time woodpecker watching during the day and bat watching from the hot tub at night. The lodge itself is just perfect and tje owner, George, and his partner Yvonne are so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too mich trouble and shortly after we arrived George brought over some garden toys and a paddling pool for our little boy. A park was also being put in while we wete there that our son loved! We stayed there with our 18 month |

| Cottage Review:
We went in January it could not have been quieter, there are at present 5 lodges and we were the only ones there. The lodge was spacious, clean and had everything one needs. Although there is no WiFi as yet it didn't bother us although the owner George said it was being installed in the near future. The hot tub was lovely we used it every night and one night it snowed whilst we were in it drinking champagne......bliss!. Kiplin is a few miles from Catterick where our Army son is stationed so we got to see the grandkids, northallerton is not far, it is worth a |
