The house is fitted out to a very high standard, very clean and well presented. Plenty of room inside and large garden. Ample car parking right next to house. Lovely countryside with good pubs in walking distance. |

Definitely one of the best larger holiday properties available! Extremely clean and well presented, bags of space both inside and out. Very well equipped kitchen, great games room, huge garden, hot tub...what's not to like ? Would highly recommend. |

Myself and eight ladies had a fantastic weekend. Amazing house with everything you could ask for. Owners were so helpful. Enjoyed the local pub as well as everything the house can offer. Thank you. Would recommend you book a weekend. We will be going back. |

We booked this house for a family gathering of 11 , including 5 grandchildren! It was just perfect and we all had a wonderful week. The house was spotlessly clean, warm and everything worked. It had the added bonuses of a huge hot tub and great games room to keep young and old entertained. Also a brilliant place for hide and seek! The kitchen was everyone's favourite room with the Aga making the whole place cosy and snug. We were looking for a large ?getaway? property for a family celebration weekend and stumbled on Willow Garth by chance...All I can say is that I?m so glad we did. The property was perfect, plenty of space, bedrooms with en suites, a great games room to keep the kids occupied and a super family kitchen which was lovely and warm because of the Aga! The location was also perfect to explore N Yorkshire and we had a couple of day trips to Thirsk (Herriot land) and York. Our hosts were very helpful, taking in our online shopping ahead of our arrival and took time |

Fantastic home which is perfect for large gatherings. Beautifully decorated, spacious and well equipped with plenty of space for everyone. Despite being large it felt very homely and we all enjoyed our stay here. Games room and hot tub great for keeping teenagers amused.Touches like supplying robes and slippers added to the experience. Would highly recommend this property. Owners lovely and nothing was too much trouble. |

We stayed here just before Christmas, and despite the chilly weather outside, had a wonderful time. The lovely accommodation was tastefully decorated for Christmas, with a real tree,open fire, and candles everywhere. The photographs do not do full justice to the lovely spacious accommodation which I would fully recommend to everyone. |
