| Cottage Review:
A beautifully equipped house overlooking a sheltered inlet of the Atlantic, the property is a 10 minute walk from two empty white sand beaches and another 5 minutes for a view across the open sea to Eigg, Muck and Rum. For the whole week we were here, the water was placid - at low tide you could almost walk to the other side of the inlet - but if you want something more than beaches you could pop up the road to Mallaig (lots of decent nosheries); across the road to Loch Morar (the deepest freshwater lake in the UK and, needless to say, breathtaking); or out |
