Description of the holiday cottage
Waterfall cottage is a two bedroom holiday cottage on the Colmer Estate in Modbury in the South Hams of Devon. Waterfall Cottage sleeps four people and has two bedrooms and is family friendly with a cot and highchair available for you to use. Benefit from the use of the communal and shared facilities at the Colmer Estate that include a superb outdoor swimming pool with a terraced sunbathing area where you will find plenty of sunbeds and a Mediterranean feel, with a gorgeous pool that is uniquely shaped. If the weather isn't quite right for sunbathing outside, the family can enjoy the benefits of the indoor swimming pool that is large and spacious. There are additional facilities for you to enjoy at the Colmer Estate including an adventure playground as well as a tennis court, games room and an adults only gym and fitness suite. There are 28 acres of grounds including woodlands and walks for the family to explore, you will never be bored at Waterfall Cottage.
The cottage is open plan and modern with views over the room pool and terraced area and has a large living area with leather sofas that seat up to 4 people and flatscreen TV. The dining area is open plan with the living room and has table that seats six people. To the side is the modern kitchen area that benefits from a dishwasher, fridge freezer and a microwave as well as an electric oven and hob.
There are two bedrooms at Waterfall Cottage on the Colmer Estate, these are on the first floor and include a king-size double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both with built-in wardrobes. The family bathroom is also on the first floor and has a bath with a shower over the bath. Outside you have a patio area with your own table and chairs to enjoy in this pretty and well maintained holiday cottage complex that benefits from a range of first-class facilities.
