Description of the self catering property
2 miles from Parracombe, very, very quietly tucked away on the most gloriously wooded western edge of Exmoor and approached over mile of bumpy hardcore farm lane, three barn conversions. Games room (table tennis, pool table, skittles, table football). Footpaths criss-cross the area and all is surrounded by mature trees, rolling pasture and birdsong. There is a fenced/gated grassed play area with swing-ball, small swing and Wendy house. There are 47 acres for you to roam and enjoy (river, deer), respecting the countryside code. Brilliant for the true country lover. Wireless Broadband in each cottage. Washing machine, tumble drier, payphone for outgoing calls in shared laundry room.Sleeps: from 0 to 4

| Cottage Review: We had a fantastic stay at Voley Mill Cottage which was set in glorious countryside. We were welcomed with a cream tea on arrival which was a lovely touch after a long journey. The quality of the cottage was luxurious and it was perfectly based for both Exmoor & the coast. I would definately use Helpful Holidays again. | |||||

| Cottage Review: The cottage is lovely and cosy, the location is fantastic - great for small children. If you want a few days of peace and quiet in a beautiful setting then you won't be disappointed. The owners were very welcoming and the scones, jam and clotted cream were a lovely surprise (and delicious too!) | |||||
