Description of the holiday cottage
Vine cottage is great if you are looking for a quality single bedroom holiday cottage near to Modbury in South Devon, ideal for exploring Dartmoor, the South Hams and South Devon. Vine cottage is situated on Coombe farm, elevated with beautiful views around the complex and has been completely refurbished. The situation is ideal for a couple looking for a peaceful getaway and yet in a perfect location for exploring the South hams with Thurlestone and Bigbury on Sea nearby. There are plenty of places to visit and the cottage is in a great location for walkers with a number of footpaths around the town that retains large amount of character and is unspoilt. Vine cottage in Modbury has an open plan design on the ground floor with a kitchen, dining area and living room all in one large space. There is a sofa and an additional armchair seating three people along with a modern flatscreen TV that also has sky plus HD. The kitchen is new with an electric oven and induction hob, dishwasher fridge and washer dryer and there is a breakfast bar to the side that seats three people as well as a dining area that has its own table and two chairs. The master bedroom at vine cottage is on the first floor and has a king-size bed, this good size bedroom also has its own flatscreen TV with sky plus HD. There is an ensuite bathroom to the master bedroom with a bath and a shower over the bath. Barn cottage also has its own private patio area with table and chairs. Vine Cottage is great if you are looking for quality cottage for a couple, in the countryside of South Devon and yet within very easy access of Modbury and a number of fantastic beaches.
