| Cottage Review:
After numerous emails and phone calls to Sykes cottages, both the holiday owner and Sykes cottages have told us we should have proceeded with our holiday and gone against government advice at the time and travelled to the holiday accommodation. They are refusing to offer us either a refund or alternative dates. Sykes just keep stating the contract is between the holiday owner and us, not Sykes! It would be interesting to know if the holiday owner was ever paid by Sykes. |

| Cottage Review:
Large 4 bed home, loads of space, warm and comfortable, good facility's, close to whitby town centre, very close to river bank, pubs and chip shop 5 mins walk, supermarkets 5 mins drive. Kids playground at bottom of enclosed garden. Pets are welcome .off road private parking for 1 large car or 2 small cars. Bedding and towals all lovely and clean, large fridge freezer, dish washer, washing machine. Very well equipped. |
