This is a stone built Dartmoor cottage with traditional features including inglenook fireplaces and wood burners in a rural location with the benefit of a 1 acre paddock, perfect for families to explore Dartmoor and release some energy. If you love thatched cottages and the Dartmoor countryside, Thorn Cottage is a holiday home that would be well-suited. The lounge is comfortable and cosy with a feature wood burner set back into the inglenook fireplace with large oak beams throughout and exposed brickwork. There is one sofa and two sofa seats and a flatscreen TV with DVD player. The dining room also has a wood burner and seating for six around a wooden table, as well as a sofa and books to keep you entertained. The kitchen has a double range style electric oven with electric hob as well as all facilities including a Belfast sink and small kitchen table, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer and microwave oven. There is also a boot room and a shower room on the ground floor with a wash hand basin and WC. Upstairs at Thorn Cottage in Chagford on Dartmoor, there are three bedrooms including one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms. The master double bedroom has plenty of space and is well presented with period and styled furniture and there is a lovely family bathroom with a shower over the bath, tiled throughout with a wash hand basin and WC.
