All doors and window frames are attractive solid timber and many windows have deep window seats and most look out over fields and farmlands.Under floor heating and hot water is provided by a 'ground source heat pump ', an eco friendly "green " system. Waste water is cleansed and disposed of through a special water treatment plant.The Park Mill Farm cottages are situated in a magical riverside setting with 20 acres of lush fields, woods and parkland where you are free to roam along with the abundant wildlife. Fishing at Park Mill Farm There are two rivers (The Little Dart and The Huntacott) running through the property and a private fishing lake where guests can enjoy free fly and coarse fishing and catch Brown Trout, Sea Trout, Salmon and Carp!River fishing requires a licence which can be obtained at any post office or via Angling 2000 who sell vouchers to guests allowing them to fish in any participating rivers.
