Sleeps 10 (or more by arrangement). 5 bedroom country home with access to a private pool, gym and tennis court, tucked away in Swaledale, near Richmond. Fully refurbished and enjoying awe-inspiring views over Swaledale and the River Swale, The Old Vicarage is a unique property offering light and space in a traditional farmhouse-style home.

Tucked away on the outskirts of the old market town of Richmond, this traditional farmhouse-style home is perched on its own, high on the side of the valley.

The house is easily accessible by road and track while still being totally secluded. Just a few miles down the Swale Valley is the historic market town of Richmond, famed for its Georgian architecture, cobbled streets and landmark Norman castle. Here you will find many interesting shops, craft galleries, museums and other places of interest. If you feel like taking in some of the fresh country air there are plenty of local walks and the waterfalls are well worth a visit.

The Old Vicarage benefits from a spacious garden area with outside seating enjoying far-reaching views of Swaledale. The garden is a heavenly place to sit and relax during the warmer months and there is plenty of room to BBQ. Beyond the gardens, visitors have direct access to private river frontage across the fields - perfect for fishing or enjoying a picnic.
