The Old Parlour holiday cottage in Sampford Courtenay is a friendly holiday cottage set in the gorgeous grounds and gardens of the main farmhouse, if you love gardening and flowers, The Old Parlour is a unique holiday home. With plenty of space to explore and yet in a quiet and rural location, this is a holiday cottage where you can really enjoy the peace of the Devonshire countryside and wonder around in the most delightful of gardens. The Old Parlour holiday home in the Sampford Courtenay is a two bedroom holiday cottage that sleeps up to 4 people and is non-smoking. This property has been cleverly designed to offer a quite unique experience with an open plan downstairs that features a dining area with a wooden table and four seats. To the side of the dining area , the huge sliding doors open out into the garden and patio are. In the living area, there is a sofa and two sofa seats that face the flatscreen TV. The kitchen area has a breakfast bar with seating for two and is completed to a high standard with modern units including an induction hob and fitted electric oven as well as a dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. Also on the ground floor at The Old Parlour is a double bedroom with its own walk in shower that is ensuite and a very big bed you to relax in. Going up stairs from the open plan area, there is a balcony area with glass panels that leads into a twin bedroom with a games and seating area to the side.Best Features
