Description of the holiday cottage
This property, originally built in the 1700s, offers tranquil accommodation for couples looking to get away from it all and spend some relaxing time together. This cottage began life as a stone-built hayloft in the 18th Century. It has been lovingly restored and converted to provide charming, contemporary accommodation. The living space is arranged over one level and in an open-plan style. For the winter months, the owners have installed storage heaters and a wood-burning stove, which provides a romantic ambience as well making the property cosy and snug. For the summer evenings and a spot of outdoor dining there is a small patio-garden, complete with garden furniture. There is off-road parking for one car, and the local pub is only two minutes walk away.Sleeps: 2
