The Furrow is set down a private drive that leads to the quality cottage, recently converted from a 16th century long barn which once stabled heavy horses, next door to the owners farmhouse. The Furrow has a large shared lawned garden with tables and chairs and each cottage has its own patio with private table and chairs. Inside, the original character has been carefully preserved with oak beams and sloping ceilings.

The cottages have an interconnecting door (lockable), so work especially well when booked together. The Furrow has a hall with space for boots/coats (and the interconnecting door). Large, light and bright, open-plan living/dining/kitchen (dishwasher, washer-drier, microwave, freezer) with oak floor and beams, comfy leather sofas, woodburner, TV/DVD and French windows to the garden and patio. Stairs up to two bedrooms including the master double bedroom with balustrade and en suite shower -room (suite), and a twin bedroom with zip-linkable to double beds and a bathroom with wash hand basin, wc and shower over bath.
