| Cottage Review:
Great place for a few days away, perfect for that self catering break. Whenever you see the owners they always check everything is OK nothing seems too much trouble for them. The pub in the village serves great food but book before you arrive. Thanks for everything |

We had a lovely long weekend in this perfectly appointed studio accomodation. An ideal location for walking from the door, and in a great village location with everything you could need. Including a fabulous "gastro" pub. |

Every bit as good and more than the description. Very friendly and helpful owners who have thought of everything in creating this very attractive and comfortable accommodation. Ideal village location with easy access to explore all the many features of this beautiful locality. |

| Cottage Review:
The Friendly Room is a studio apartment of above average quality well suited for a couple. The interior is quite modern with plenty of light and room. The location is just off the main road through the village, but as the village is itself off the a65, it remains pretty quiet all the time. Austwick is well situated for walks in Three Peaks country either straight from the cottage, or as a base for other places such as Settle, Horton, Clapham, and Ingleton.
