This is a brand-new Lodge with open plan design making it ideal for families with young children and also enjoys some fantastic views over the local countryside. Enjoy a day out at the races at Newton Abbott racecourse, take a trip down to the beach at Teignmouth or a day shopping in the cathedral city of Exeter with a new and modern shopping complex and the cathedral green to relax on. The Croft at Moorland views near Newton Abbott is modern and new an open plan style and surrounded by grassy areas, ideal for families with young children.

The living area on the ground floor is all open plan space and providing easy access out to the decked area. The two sofas that seat four people along with a modern TV and a DVD player. The kitchen is fully fitted and has integrated appliances including a dishwasher, fridge freezer and washing machine as well as a tumble dryer and an electric oven and hob. There is an open plan dining area with seating for six people at the table.

There are two bedrooms at the Croft at Moorland views, both on the ground floor and include a master bedroom with a double bed and its own ensuite shower room. There is a second bedroom that has up and link bed that can be converted from twin beds into a double. There is a family bathroom on the ground floor that has a sink and WC and a bath with a shower over the bath and the master bedroom also has its own ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Outside, you will find a large decked area with outdoor garden furniture and plenty of lawned areas for the children to enjoy and take in the fantastic countryside views.
